We love eating Subway Sandwiches! Their food can be healthy and their prices a bargain. A a large sandwich goes for about $6.00 USD and the service is good.

However, for some reason, they have decided to charge about $1.50 for a few slivers of avocado and $.70 just to toast your bread ! For the unwary, that is $2.20 increase in price per sandwich ! If four people order sandwiches and agree to the extras that is another $8.80 cents added to the total bill ! 

These extra charges are not on their menu and the employees simply ask if you want avocado on your sandwich and your buns toasted. If you don't ask if their is an additional charges, then you'll, "Get your Buns Really Toasted" when you pay the bill. Of course, if you like avocado and toasted buns, and want to pay for it, it's your decision.
